I have covered TV entertainment reviews on this site and my old one for years. I never would have thought to cover this topic before. However, as a homeschooled mother, I can see the value behind having a list of family-friendly war movies that would be beneficial. I can’t thank Jill from Military With Kids for granting us this knowledge.
#2 Quick Cooker Meatloaf and Homemade Mashed Potatoes
I can not believe that one of my most popular posts is from 2020. I attempted to start selling Pampered Chef products at the WRONG time. Little did I know that COVID would stop my take off on that adventure. But I love to cook with Pampered Chef products, so I DO feel like a better cook. My meatloaf has always been a family favorite. Being able to cook it in a Quick Cooker made it even better.
#3 Simple Man’s Potato Philly Cheesesteak Casserole
This combines Del’s potato casserole that he makes during the holidays and adds a few of my favorite things. This is one meal that the kids and I adore, and it’s simple to make. And it works well as a leftover meal, too. I like how you can add other things you may like to it without hurting the original recipe.

Our family has always been avid video gamers. Both of my kids share their gameplay online on various social media channels. To have the opportunity to give my daughter some Christian video games to play was a nice feeling for me as her parent.

This post is one of my older ones on this site. Yet, it still gathers traffic consistently. This recipe is ideal for cold days when you want warm comfort food. It’s simple enough for even me to make it correctly.

It breaks my heart that my youngest child is now 12. I am not ready for them to all grow up and leave the nest. While five years feels like a long time in theory, in reality, that is a hop, skip, and jump in time when you’re raising your kids. The days are long, but the years are short. This list of reasons I love being a mom probably could be updated with even more reasons. I have been blessed to go through watching my oldest son graduate and become an adult. My oldest daughter has blessed us with a granddaughter; my youngest son is almost a high school graduate.

The Sound of the Freedom is a movie was one of the most popular movies in 2023. This movie provided a realistic look at a hard-to-swallow topic. I expected it to get more attention than it did honestly. However, it is not a movie that one can easily watch.

I have seen so many posts in the parenting groups that I am a part of where parents ask for series to watch with their teenage daughters. I decided it was time to share ours. I need to add My life with the Walter Boys to this list to this post while it’s on my mind.
