I have dabbled into reading some thriller books in my life, but it wasn’t till I read Kiersten Modglin’s Arrangement Novel Series that I got captivated into becoming a “thriller reader.” Through reading that series she gained a very loyal fan! I have been diving into one book after another of hers!
About Kiersten Modglin
Kiersten is a wife, mother, and fellow dog lover. She truly spends most of her time writing since that has always been a passion of hers. She has a unique way of writing her books. She literally will pick a particular song and candle and use that setup to write whatever book she is working on. I have no clue how she does it, but that’s definitely an interesting way to stay focused.
She has written over 30+ books now. So far I’ve read six of them, but all six of those books have kept me on the edge of my seat eager to find out what happens next.
She only sells her books on Amazon or her personal shop online.
Her books are filled with murders, mysteries, marital affairs, and plenty of other things that are immoral. So please if you are extremely religious know you can not read her books. Just a note, for me personally God has made me LIVE through MANY of these things IN PERSON. So I don’t think I need to “shield my eyes or mind” from these topics or issues because I’ve been forced to live through them.
I can see why she’s called ‘The Queen of Twists.’ Her books take unexpected turns quite often. I can especially say that with The Dream Job book. Don’t worry if you missed that sale to OWN the book, you can still read her books under the Kindle Unlimited plan.
I’ve been reading books ever since I finally conquered reading in the second grade. I have read a TON of books in my lifetime. I was one of those girls hidden in some corner of the library reading rather than socializing at school. I’ve read a wide range of books in my life too from self-help, how-tos, romances, and even the phonebook. I have tried reading other thriller-style books only to turn my nose at them.
Well, Kiersten got me fully involved in liking thriller books!
Her writing style is captivating from the first PAGE of her books. I’ve always been told that the first five minutes of a movie will tell you if it’s good or not. Well, for me the first CHAPTER usually indicates whether or not I’m going to like a book or not. With Kiersten’s books, she pulls me right into the story immediately.
There is already a sense of mystery as to what is going to really happen in the book. I love that fact. I also love that I literally feel like I’m a fly on the wall going throughout the entire scene of each book. I am not sure how she pulls that part off, but she does!
Kiersten believes in ensuring her readers have the opportunity to read her books. Kindle Unlimited is an affordable way for readers to read not only her books but a wide range of other amazing books.
She has a NEW book coming out soon! I’m definitely eager to get my hands on this one. It sounds like quite a story to read.
I have never been so eager to get to know an author as I have with Kiersten. It is a new feeling to be eager to dive into another one of her books. I did MAKE myself go to a different author just to keep myself from feeling like a crazy person! But then I couldn’t resist telling you about her.
I think it’s because her books are so good that I want every reader to at least try to read one of her books. I have always been one of those people who wants to share something good with everyone I can think of. I feel like I hit the lottery on books to read. Reading is an escape for me, and her books definitely take me away from everything going on in my life.

I haven’t heard of this author before, but your glowing review has my curiosity growing. I’m not generally a thriller reader, but I’m intrigued. Visiting from Book Worms Monthly today.
I wasn’t a thriller reader either until I picked up one of her books, and now I can’t get enough of her books. Plus, the romance novels I’ve TRIED to dive into after reading her books have become too drawn out and boring. I am a fan of Nicholas Spark’s books, and I tried with all of my might to read Wishes after one of her books. I kept waiting for him to get to the point of the true story, I was a 1/4 inch deep into it and still didn’t feel like I was into the real story. There was a time I read all of his books the minute the hit the shelf too. But that book disappointed me, yet you read the reviews and it’s a well-loved book like all the rest of his. (So I know I’m going to have to give it a second try!! I’m loyal to a fault when I like/love something/someone.)

They are in my opinion. They cover some twisted topics so far warning, but she will keep you on the edge of your seat if you’re into thrillers.

This was a very interesting read. I’ve never heard of Kiersten Modglin (probably because I don’t really buy books on Amazon), but I do love thrillers! It’s great that she has introduced you to the genre.

Kiersten is amazing! But I have found I like Sally Hepworth and Frieda McFadden.
