For many of us, despite the joy of the holidays, winter is a harsh month. I know that winter is exactly the time when you don’t want to exercise – you want to hibernate – but exercise will boost your circulation and warm you up. Move Your Furniture
Moving your furniture closer to any heaters you have, or the fireplace if you have one, is such a simple way to stay warm, but so many people don’t ever think of it!
