Growing up I have always said that BBQ Ribs was my absolute favorite food to eat. My mom would always pick on me don’t eat them on a first date though because they sure are messy to eat. (Little did she know, I’d do it just to see how the guys reacted, but that’s a whole different story.) I have tried many delicious ribs throughout my life. But I must say these Quick Cooker Applewood BBQ Ribs are out of this world good!

2 racks Ribs

3 TBSP Applewood seasoning mix
16 oz Apple Juice

This is a fairly quick and easy recipe to make! If it wasn’t it wouldn’t be added to my list of recipes to make.

All you have to do is take the ribs to clean them, cut excess fat off the back of the ribs, and then cover them lightly with the Applewood seasoning mix. Then cut them into fours. Put your 16 oz of apple juice in the cooker, and then put seasoned ribs into the cooker. Then hit custom, time, and choose 45 minutes.

When the 45 minutes are up, release the pressure from the cooker. Then take your ribs and put them on a sheet pan covered in aluminum foil that is sprayed with vegetable oil. Then cover them with your favorite BBQ sauce. We use Sweet Brown Sugar version for this recipe, but you can use others too. Then put them in the oven on HI Broil for about 7 minutes.

Then enjoy ribs that everyone will rave about for a long time to come.

We have used the Pampered Chef Quick Cooker almost every day since I got the first one. Since it was only a few dollars more to get the Ultimate Kit that included another Quick Cooker, I became a Pampered Chef Independent Consultant. I was one in 2004-2005 LONG before I became active on the Internet. I did well with it then, and I have always been a hermit crab. I have decided to take the chance on doing it again.

Now that I can make homemade meals from home with plenty of quick and easy recipes, we have definitely put more money in our pockets! By using the cooker, the clean up is done in no time at all.
