TECH HELP WITHOUT THE OVERWHELM
Private, beginner-friendly lessons for the online tools you actually want to use
Technology should make life easier, but sometimes it feels like every tutorial skips the one step you actually need. You pause the video, rewind it, try again, and somehow end up more confused than when you started. That does not mean you cannot learn it. Sometimes you simply need a real person who will slow down, answer your questions, and help you work through the task in front of you.
My private online tech lessons give you personalized help with the tools you want to understand. We will focus on one main goal, share screens when needed, and work at a pace that makes sense to you.

What Can We Work On Together?
Every lesson is built around what you want to accomplish. You do not need to choose from a rigid course or sit through information that has nothing to do with your goal.
I can currently help with:
ChatGPT
Learn how to write better prompts, improve the answers you receive, upload files and images, personalize your settings, organize your ideas, and use ChatGPT for content, planning, research, or everyday tasks.
I can also help you set up a simple Custom GPT with instructions, conversation starters, and knowledge files. Creating a Custom GPT may require a paid ChatGPT plan.
Canva
Learn how to choose and edit templates, add your own colors and images, create branded graphics, design simple printables, resize your work, and download the correct file type.
We can work on a social media graphic, blog image, printable, product cover, worksheet, promotional graphic, or another specific Canva project.
Digital Products
Turn your idea into a simple printable, workbook, journal, guide, checklist, or downloadable resource. I can help you organize the content, create the product in Canva, prepare the finished PDF, and make a promotional graphic.
This lesson is best for someone who has an idea but feels stuck trying to turn it into something other people can actually use.
WordPress and Blogging Tools
Learn how to create and format a blog post, add images, upload a PDF, insert links and buttons, update a page, embed a signup form, or organize a simple resource or product page.
These lessons focus on everyday WordPress tasks. Website coding, security repairs, hosting problems, and complicated technical errors are not included.
MailerLite and Email Newsletters
Learn how to create a newsletter, build a signup form, write a welcome email, upload a free resource, and set up a basic delivery process.
We can also work through creating and sending your first newsletter without making it feel like a stiff sales email.
Google Tools
Get beginner-friendly help with Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and basic file sharing. We can organize your folders, create a simple tracker, adjust sharing permissions, or build a practical spreadsheet for books, content, products, or another everyday need.
Advanced formulas, scripts, and complicated data analysis are not included.
Amazon KDP Basics
If you want to publish a simple journal, coloring book, workbook, or keepsake book, I can walk you through the beginner publishing process based on what I have learned while publishing my own books.
This is practical beginner support. It does not include advanced book formatting, advertising management, keyword guarantees, or promises about book sales.

What Your Lesson Includes
Your $50 private lesson includes:
- Up to two hours of individual online help
- A Google Meet link for your lesson
- Screen sharing when it would be helpful
- Answers to questions related to your chosen task
- Step-by-step guidance at a comfortable pace
- Help completing one main goal during the session
- A clear understanding of what to do next
You are not paying for a prerecorded course that may or may not answer your question. You are receiving personal help with the specific task that brought you here.
How It Works
Step One: Tell Me What You Want to Learn
Complete the lesson request form and explain what you are trying to accomplish. Be as specific as possible. For example, “I want to create my first printable in Canva” is more helpful than “I need help with Canva.”
Step Two: I Confirm Whether I Can Help
I will review your request before you pay or schedule the lesson. If your goal fits my experience, I will send you the payment and scheduling information. If it does not, I will tell you honestly instead of taking your money and hoping I can figure it out during the call.
Step Three: We Meet Through Google Meet
You will receive a private Google Meet link. During the lesson, you can ask questions, share your screen, and work through the task with me.
Step Four: You Leave Knowing What to Do Next
The goal is not to overwhelm you with every feature the tool offers. The goal is to help you understand and complete the task you came to learn.

Who These Lessons Are For
These lessons are for beginners, bloggers, content creators, authors, small business owners, busy women, and anyone who feels like technology keeps moving faster than they can keep up.
You do not need to know the correct technical terms before contacting me. You only need to explain what you are trying to do, where you are getting stuck, and what you would like to accomplish. We can start there.
Why Learn With Me?
I am not someone who learned technology in a perfect classroom while having unlimited time to practice. I learned while managing a blog, working full time, homeschooling, creating products, publishing books, sending newsletters, and trying to build additional income around real-life responsibilities.
I know how frustrating it is when instructions assume you already understand the basics. I also know the relief that comes when someone finally explains the missing step in plain language. That is the kind of help I want to provide.
I will not talk down to you, rush through the lesson, or pretend I know everything. I will meet you where you are, help you with what I genuinely understand, and be honest when something falls outside my experience.
Before Requesting a Lesson
Choose one main goal for your session. Two hours can disappear quickly when we try to cover five unrelated tools, so a focused lesson will give you the most useful result.
Please also make sure you have access to the necessary account and can sign in from the device you plan to use. Never send me your passwords. You will remain in control of your accounts and enter any private information yourself.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be good with technology?
No. These lessons are designed for beginners and people who need patient, practical help.
How long does a lesson last?
A lesson may last up to two hours. We may finish sooner if you complete your goal before the full two hours.
Is the $50 price hourly?
No. The cost is $50 for the private lesson, which may last up to two hours.
Where will we meet?
Lessons take place online through Google Meet. You will receive the private meeting link after your lesson is confirmed and scheduled.
Can you help me with any technology problem?
No, and I do not want to pretend otherwise. I currently focus on ChatGPT, Canva, basic digital products, everyday WordPress tasks, MailerLite, Google tools, and beginner Amazon KDP guidance.
I do not offer computer repair, phone repair, data recovery, website security work, coding, advanced SEO, paid advertising management, or complicated software automation.
What if I am not sure whether you can help?
Send your request before booking. Tell me what you are trying to accomplish and where you are stuck. I will confirm whether the lesson is a good fit.
Can we cover several topics during one lesson?
You will receive better results if we focus on one main goal. If time remains after completing that task, we can address related questions.
Can I book another lesson later?
Yes. If you want to continue learning or work on a different task, you may request another session.
You Do Not Have to Figure It Out Alone
Technology can feel overwhelming when you are trying to piece everything together from videos, articles, and instructions written for people who already understand the basics. A private lesson gives you room to ask the questions those tutorials never answer.
Tell me what you want to learn. If it fits what I can confidently teach, we will schedule a time and work through it together.
