I’ve been in the blogging world since 2012, and I can’t begin to tell you the amount of money I’ve spent on learning new things, products to try to help make my life easier, and just because they looked awesome! However, I can tell you the gifts for the blogger in your life that help them make their blogging life easier. The easier the blogging life the more inclined they will be to make money from blogging. (Blogging is NOT a get-rich-quick program!)
Get Them Blogging Courses
While doing searches on how-to start a blog will help, a person loses a lot of precious time, and not to mention there are so MANY ways in which a person can do a blog. There are also plenty of people who teach someone about the online world and will steer a person in the wrong direction. That’s why I shared the Top Blogging Course from Professional Bloggers in hopes of ensuring that people invest in the right courses.
A Good Planner
A good planner goes a long way in a blogger’s life because there is so much more to blogging than just writing content and publishing it! A blogger must write content, create images galore, schedule social media, interact with their readers, and so much more if they have any hopes of making it a professional blog.
You can get some cheap but high-quality planners off of Etsy.com.
Along the lines of a good planner, helping them to create a blog content calendar is such a blessing to have. I recommend getting them the One Year of Blog Content in One Month by Ana-The She Approach. Another great book is Epic Blog Planner found on Amazon.
A Website Theme
Making certain that your site is user-friendly is quite important in the blogging world. Yet, you don’t want it to be to plain either. It has to have enough of a glamour to make readers want to come back. HOWEVER, content will always reign as king. But website design is certainly queen.
You can give them the chance to make a beautiful practical user-friendly site by letting them pick themes from these top theme selling sites.
Here are some of the top blog theme selling sites:
(My site doesn’t fully look the way I want it to look, but I’ve reached the point in my blogging journey that to get exactly what I want it to look like I would have to hire a website designer which would cost over $2,000.)
Blog Hosting
Blog hosting services is something that is vital to a blogger’s success. I am currently QUITE pleased using Lyrical Hosting. There is plenty of perks for being with this hosting company, and their community almost feels like a family!
One of the most popular hosting services that many new bloggers is Blue Host.I personally have never used them. They are highly recommended because they pay their affiliates a high commission.
Software To Help Bloggers
The one software systems that I use the most has to be Canva Pro. I use this to make all kinds of things! It makes my life easier because I can share my creations right from that program or save them on my computer. One of the pro features that saves my hide a lot is the fact that I can get images to use from them because I’m NOT a photographer at all.
There are plenty of other awesome ideas that would make great gifts for the blogger in your life, but these are the most practical choices that will definitely help them to save time and money. These things will also help them to be on their way to making money with their blogs too.
Talk to me in the comments:
What does the blogger in your life want the most on their list?
So interesting. Iām actually working on a similar post that Iāve come at from a COMPLETELY different angle.
I look at the ways people can help to support a blogger I guess, with less focus on the nuts and bolts of what a blogger needs to make the blog happen.
I already had my post in progress, then I saw your title. So I went through and jotted down every idea I had floating around in my mind before visiting your post. Iām surprised to see that our posts will not overlap much, so I may go ahead and link your post to mine when I publish it (later this week).
Great ideas!
Spot on about blogging not being a get rich quick scheme. Itās more like a money pit for a long time with the hopes of it redeeming itself one day!
Blessings!

Great post! I still get the glazed eye look from people when I say I am a blogger even after all this time. There is so much that goes on in the background that no one realizes. On the same note, my planner is my lifeline. Thanks for sharing this week. #HomeMattersParty
I hope that blogging as profession makes more sense to the outside world in the comming years. It is quite an amazing profession, but it takes a long time to get to that point.
