Have you heard? HBO Max has rebranded as MAX TV streaming entertainment! And with the name change comes even better show and movie selections. While there are some family-friendly options available, I’ve noticed that MAX TV streaming offers more entertainment geared towards adults compared to other online streaming services.ne streaming services.ne streaming services.ne streaming services.
Some Family-Friendly Movies
They do have some family-friendly movies and shows on MAX. They have added the most recent Avatar the Way of Water movie. The original Avatar is one of my favorite movies. So, I do look forward to watching this movie with my kids tonight.
We watched Black Adam last night with the kids. I wasn’t overly impressed with that movie. But the kids thought it was decent. It did give us something to watch together for family time at least.
MAX does have some of our other family favorites such as:
- ToothFairy
- Space Jam
- 13 Going on 30
- Are We There Yet?
- Are We Done Yet?
- Daddy Day Care.
Before we proceed, I’d like to mention that if you prefer watching only clean streaming entertainment, you may want to check out reviews for Pure Flix and Up Faith & Family. The content on MAX may not be suitable for those with such preferences.
Shows For Women To Unwind With
MAX provides entertainment for women that you can’t easily view elsewhere. All of the Sex and the City series and movie are on Max. While this is NOT clean streaming entertainment, it is a series that so many women can relate to.
If you’ve ever been on the dating scene as an actual adult, the Sex and the City series and movie truly are something you can relate to. As a writer, I love the whole aspect behind her writing columns on the topic.
There are also steamy movies including the Fifty Shades of Grey movies and Magic Mike movies. But these movies don’t hold as much appeal to me as they did when I was younger. Yet, I have watched some of these movies and will watch the remaining ones I haven’t watched yet. The funny thing is these movies make most women crave the men in them, for me it reminds me of the passion my husband and I have for each other.
MAX also provides some older series favorites like FRIENDS and The Big Bang Theory. They have some other series on there that may be worth checking out.
There are plenty of other movies and shows worth considering watching. I love how MAX provides movies earlier than other streaming services.
