While growing up, my mom had us on so many different new diet trends; it wasn’t even funny. She had a negative experience with gaining weight. Ever since 2000, I’ve tried several of the diets we’ve done growing up and more trying to lose the excess 100+ lbs I gained. It took over ten years and so many doctors it’s unreal, but they finally found some of my root problems.
