We’ve watched all of the other Hotel Transylvania movies in our home and were eager to watch the 4th one. When Review Wire provided us with the chance to work with them to watch Hotel Transylvania 4 movie we were quick to take the time to watch it.
About Hotel Transylvania 4 Movie
Drac and the Pack are back, like you’ve never seen them before in Hotel Transylvania: Transformania. Reunite with your favorite monsters for an all-new adventure that presents Drac (Brian Hull) with his most terrifying task yet. When Van Helsing’s (Jim Gaffigan) mysterious invention, the ‘Monsterification Ray,’ goes haywire, Drac and his monster pals are all transformed into humans, and Johnny (Andy Samberg) becomes a monster! In their new mismatched bodies, Drac, stripped of his powers, and an exuberant Johnny, loving life as a monster, must team up and race across the globe to find a cure before it’s too late, and before they drive each other crazy. With help from Mavis (Selena Gomez) and the hilariously human Drac Pack, the heat is on to find a way to switch themselves back before their transformations become permanent. The film also features the voices of Kathryn Hahn (Ericka), Steve Buscemi (Wayne), Molly Shannon (Wanda), David Spade (Griffin the Invisible Man), Keegan-Michael Key (Murray), Fran Drescher (Eunice), Brad Abrell (Frank), and Asher Blinkoff (Dennis).
Our Review of the Hotel Transylvania 4 Movie
I watched Hotel Transylvania 4 movie with my ten-year-old daughter and my fourteen-year-old son. We expected it to be funny, and this movie did not disappoint us in that regard! There were plenty of funny scenes throughout the movie. Yet, there was also a ton of stupid scenes too.
My son stated that it was entertaining. However, he felt it was a small step below Croods 2, and he didn’t like that movie at all. My daughter felt this movie was interesting, funny, and entertaining.
I think this movie is definitely made for the younger audience! I liked the rest of the movies in this series. I felt the message behind this movie was worth having the kids see! Yet, I felt like they could have left many parts of this movie out of it. I felt there was a part that was extremely dragged out, and it almost made me lose total interest in it. So, I’m glad I was at home when I watched it.
Overall, the Hotel Transylvania 4 movie is entertaining and good for some laughs.
