Meeting Healthier Goals

I have been on the mission of making better healthier choices in my life. One of the biggest things I like about Always Eat After 7 PM is it provides simple easy to follow steps to improve my overall lifestyle to something healthier. Since I already drink primarily water throughout the day except for at dinner time, it was easy to increase my water intake.

I was impressed that while he recommends intermittent fasting he doesn’t recommend it for people who shouldn’t do it. I happen to have eating disorders, and have had them all of my life. Many other diet programs recommend things that actually make those issues worse. Joel makes sure to protect people like me with his suggestions.

I also feel that with his plan you’re able to eat more food. You’re also able to eat foods that you like eating. It’s not restricting you to feel like a rabbit overloaded with water. Nor do you feel like a bean pole walking around on wobbly legs because you haven’t ate enough food.

Easy-to-Follow Meal Planning

His easy-to-follow meal planning makes life more manageable. I learned a lot about the differences between meats. Considering I didn’t grow up learning these small details, for me that was worth reading this book.

I’m also a huge fan of the recipes he provided in this book. It’s a great healthy cookbook filled with ideas for breakfast, dinners and snack ideas. I’m particularly fond of the stuffed potato recipe.
