Society has taught us that it’s vital that we have the perfect gifts for everyone. Plus, it seems that we have to have the most decorations too. I can help you with your decorations this year. Today we have our simple cheap holiday table centerpiece that you can make in a short period of time with little cost to thanks to Dollar Tree.

Let’s dive right into making this cute and Simple Cheap Holiday Table Centerpiece.

Materials Needed:

  • 5 different kinds of wrapping paper
  • Candle
  • Scissors
  • A piece of Foam Board
  • Matchboxes
  • Small Tissue packs
  • Tape
  • Different color ribbons
  • Plate Out of Kitchen
  • Little Tiny Bows

Directions:

First cut out circle laying plate down for your pattern. Next get pretty Christmas wrapping paper cover your circle with it with the tape side at the bottom.

Wrap your little matchboxes and tissue packs including the ribbon around them and the little bows.

Tape your candle in the middle of your circle (using a ruler to be precise.)

Then have fun with kids putting presents around the candle to your preference using double sided tape.

This centerpiece will be appreciated by guests and your kids will remember making it with you. Plus, you don’t have a lot of money invested into it. You can use the matches and tissues at a later date or keep them for future use. If you decide to light the candle it will help make your room smell good too. (Be sure to keep an eye on how far it’s lit, though!)
