Adult coloring is one of my top hobbies. I have gained many benefits from starting to do this hobby. Little did I know, that Oriental Trading has a wide selection of adult coloring products when I created my Adult Coloring Guide. When they provided me the chance to gain some of their products in exchange for product reviews, I decided to get a bit creative with the adult coloring projects I did in order to make DIY Gifts Using Your Adult Coloring Projects for my loved ones.
They have a nice wide selection of adult coloring books. I had a hard time only selecting a few. However, I had some ideas of what I was planning on doing for others so that helped with the selection process.
I do use affiliate links within my posts. Should you choose to use them to make your purchases I do make a small commission at NO additional cost to you. Thank you for your support. Read my full disclosure on my Policies Page.

I did try to use their Sharpie® 80’s Glam Marker Pack on my adult coloring projects, but I couldn’t quite get them to work as well as the Sharpie® Ultra Fine Point Marker Set I got from Amazon. I also use a wide range of gel pens, but you can check those out on my Adult Coloring Must Have Guide post.
DIY Gifts Using Your Adult Coloring Projects
There are a wide range DIY Gifts Using Your Adult Coloring Projects for your loved ones that you can make using your current projects.
This one is rather simple because you just get a basket (which you can find at many local thrift stores) and fill it full of moss, flowers, and leaves. Then you take your colored animal and place it on top. Let all of that dry and add wire on the back so that you can hang it up.
You can decorate a table with finished pieces. This process is actually easier than I anticipated. The first thing you do is add Mod Podge® in a consistent direction and ensure that it is SMOOTH. Then add your project to it after the glue has had a few minutes to dry. Be sure to add it gently. GENTLY remove the air bubbles and securely seal all the sides. Then cover it with another layer of Mod Podge®. Let it dry for overnight. Then cover it with Shellac.
We found some tiles at our local thrift stores. I thought it would be neat to apply my kids’ artwork to a tile. It will be nice to display it for years to come either on my kitchen wall or somewhere else. The process is the same as the table.
