Creating a 5 Day Blog Series doesn’t have to be overly complicated. Often times as bloggers, we tend to shy away from these kinds of projects when we should truly embrace them. I have seen many bloggers benefit from making mini-series on their blogs. Mini-series should be based preferably around specific keywords in order to attract the kind of audience you’re writing for.

Why You Need to Make a 5 Day Mini-Series

The concept behind this project is to help you increase your SEO juice on your blog. Plus, this will provide your audience with more things that will interest them. All of this work will lead to an increase in pageviews.

Another advantage to creating a mini-series is it gives YOU the ground work to create your own book in the future. If you keep track of your readerships’ responses, then you’ll know what to add to the future book. Of course, it could be just something that you add to throughout the coming years.

Find out how and why you should create a 5 Day Blog Mini-Series. This concept is far easier than you may realize.

How to Make a Mini-Series

Creating a mini-series is far more than just writing up posts on the same topic. It starts with you determining your specific keywords to use to persuade the right audience to your blog. This is your chance to showcase your expertise on that subject matter.

Starting Points to Help

Sometimes the best place to start these kinds of series is to use these five major questions.

WHO can actually benefit from your posts?

WHY they should want to do, have, or fix something about those words?

WHAT are they going to gain from following your advice?

WHERE can they use this information the most?

WHEN should they do this?

For a bonus, I usually answer HOW they can do it.

Other Approaches

You can also create a survey or ask on your social media channels how you can benefit them the most. I think mini-series are a wonderful way to teach someone about your specific keywords.

You could also brainstorm topic ideas. For me, that sometimes is the best route. Brainstorming tends to lead me down a rabbit hole of ideas. This is especially true when I have someone to bounce ideas off.

I hope these ideas got your mind rolling. Mini-series are a good deal of fun. Be sure to interlink each post within the series together. If you’re not sure what I mean when I say when I talk about interlinking posts, please ask.
